The newest addition to our team as a qualified Property Practitioner.

Dot brings more than three decades of real estate expertise to Team Allison.

After a successful career in retail, she transitioned into property in 1990, carrying forward a strong foundation in client service and operational excellence.

Through comprehensive mentorship training, Dot qualified as a Full Status Property Practitioner and quickly advanced into senior roles, including Agent, Manager, and Director.

In 2000, she founded and directed her own estate agency, overseeing business strategy, marketing, compliance, and sales performance. After many successful years leading the business, she sold the agency and continues to practise as a dedicated Property Practitioner.

Her career reflects extensive knowledge in residential property sales and strategic leadership, always guided by a commitment to quality service, professionalism, and integrity.

Dot remains devoted to serving her long standing clients while welcoming new ones with the same level of service excellence, industry insight, and trusted guidance.
